Joni Lynn French Boucher, age 69, passed away peacefully at her home in Dennison, Illinois on Thursday, April 30, 2020.  Joni was born in Terre Haute, IN on August 29, 1950 to June Rae French and John Andrew French.

She attended West Vigo High School.  Joni is survived by her husband of 50 years, Ronald Boucher, children:  John Andrew Boucher (Jamie), James Eric Boucher, and Amee Lynn Boucher.  Also surviving are her grandchildren: Emilee Boucher, Kaycee Perrelle, Josh Blila and Kolten Boucher, her brother, Dennis Rae French, and sister Sally French Creason (Geoff).  She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Barbara Vicars, stepdad James Perkins, and nephews bill Vicars, Brad Vicars, and Cory Creason.

Joni enjoyed spending time with her grandkids, reading cookbooks, her houseplants and flowers.

Burial will be in New Providence Presbyterian Cemetery, with graveside services at a later date.  As per her wishes, cremation was chosen.  Arrangements are under the direction of Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 North 3rd St., West Terre Haute, IN.  Joni will be greatly missed.
