Initial Court Apperance For Woman Accused In Stabbing

VIGO COUINTY, Ind – A Terre Haute woman made an initial court appearance Wednesday and will head back to court Friday after allegedly stabbing her roommate.

24-year-old Amanda Baker is charged with attempted murder.

Court documents indicate that that Baker allegedly snapped that evening and told police that she tried to cut her roommates Aryan Brotherhood tattoo off her neck.

The victim told police she believes Baker intended to kill her.

Baker is being held on $75,000 bond on preliminary charges of attempted murder and aggravated battery.
