ROCKVILLE, Ind – Police in Rockville were called to a domestic disturbance around 11:30 Wednesday night at 111 North Erie Street.

There were reports of gun fire inside the home, but officers say that no one was hit.

Officers recovered two handguns and multiple spent casings from inside and outside the home.

Officers arrested John Collins on multiple charges including domestic battery in the presence of a child, criminal recklessness with a firearm, resisting and battery on law enforcement. He is being held in the Parke County Jail.

A female victim was checked by EMT’s but refused treatment.
