VIGO COUNTY, Ind.  – One person was hurt when hit by a truck while mowing Monday afternoon.

Reports are that a person on a riding mower was hit by a truck that went off of State Road 46 near Riley.

The mower then caught fire.

A medical helicopter transported the person mowing for medical treatment.

Police are investigating to find the cause.
