ISU President Addresses Fall Classes And Protests

TERRE HAUTE, Ind – On Monday Indiana State University President Deborah Curtis issued a letter that outlined planning for the fall return of students to campus.

In the letter she said that there will be some modifications and adjustments to classes. Most will be face to face but there will also be online offerings.

Where possible, large classes will be moved to larger rooms.  Students and staff each be provided two face coverings each.  Those students and staff will be required to wear them.  Other events will follow recommended guidelines.

Adjustments to homecoming are likely and will follow CDC guidelines.

The letter also addressed recent protests here in town and around the country concerning the George Floyd case.
