SPRINGFIELD, Ill. – On Thursday the Illinois Department of Public Health announced 929 new confirmed cases of coronavirus and 116 additional confirmed deaths.

Currently, IDPH is reporting a total of 124,759 cases, including 5,736 deaths across the state.
