Bailee Diana Jane Ward, was born September 17, 2020 in Union Hospital and passed away September 18, 2020 at 9:10 AM.

Bailee is survived by her parents Raymond Ward, Sr. and Jodie Lynn Pilkington, as well as her brother, Raymond Ward, Jr. and her twin sister, Kaylynn Ward.  She is also survived by her great grandfather, Kenny Rogers, great grandmother, Gloria Pilkington, and grandparents Tanya and Jody Pilkington and Lillie Hutchings, as well as several aunts and uncles and cousins.

Funeral services will be held at Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 North 3rd St., West Terre Haute, In on Friday, September 25, 2020 at 12 Noon.  Visitation will be held on Friday from 11:00 AM until service time at the funeral home, with cremation to follow.
