Timothy H. Wolfe, 65, of Clay City, Indiana, passed away unexpectedly at home on September 28, 2020.

Tim was born on March 23, 1955, in Columbus, Ohio the son of Harold and Wilda (Howell) Wolfe and was raised on Three Prong in Eastern Kentucky. Tim worked as a mechanic his entire life at coal mines and out of his garage. For the last several years Tim worked for the Operators Union 841 in Indianapolis as a heavy equipment operator. He married Bonnie Cooprider on April 13, 1987.

Tim was a member and Past Master of the Clay City Masonic Lodge. He loved dirt track racing and would participate in many area races. He lead the Wolfe Pack Racing Series from 2001 – 2008 and has spent the last several years as the director of the American Modified Series.

Tim was preceded in death by his parents Harold and Wilda Wolfe and a brother Lynn Wolfe.

Survivors include his wife Bonnie Wolfe of Clay City; 4 children: Timothy H. Wolfe Jr. (Cindi) of Ohio, Stacy St. John (Kevin Rube) of Terre Haute, Anthony Wolfe and wife Natalie of Clay City, Kariana Mishler and husband Eric of Unionville, Indiana; grandchildren: Mason Wolfe, Addison Wolfe, Lincoln Wolfe, Kaylei St. John, Oslo Rube, Avery Rube, Alexandria Wolfe, Hunter Wolfe, Demi Wolfe, and Mia Mishler; and a great-granddaughter Paxyn Rhodes; brothers: Jim Wolfe, Rock Wolfe, and Randall Wolfe and wife (Dianna); as well as many nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
Visitation will be at Faith Southern Baptist Church 875 West St. Rd. 246 Clay City, Indiana 47841 on Thursday, October 1, 2020 from 4-7pm with services at 7:00pm.
Graveside services will be at Kehoe Cemetery in Kentucky at a later date.
