Billy Lee Doan, 72, of Jasonville passed away Saturday, October 31, 2020 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was born June 22, 1947 in Clinton, Indiana to Myrtle Nadine Doan. Bill was an avid fisherman. He was known to tell you the best fishing spot in four counties. His grandchildren were the apple of his eye. Brooklynn was his princess and Eli was his fishing buddy. Bill loved to spend time with his family.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 40 years, Debbie Doan, daughter Billie Jean Mason, grandchildren Brooklynn Padgett and Eli Padgett, sisters Joyce Hawkins of Greenwood, South Carolina, Betty Pound of Plainfield, Indiana; brother Bob Doan (Carolyn) of Ormond Beach, Florida, half-sister Vicki Jones of Colorado, and stepsons Jeff Cottrell, Donnie O’Neal, Mike O’Neal, and Tim Flood, as well as several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his mother and his son Jonathon Doan.
