Donald Eugene Sartain, 74, of Linton, Indiana, passed away at his residence on November 20, 2020.
Donald was born February 24, 1946 in Terre Haute, Indiana to John Donald and Mary Pauline (Morris) Sartain.

Donald is survived by his children, Kimberly Webster (Bryant), Lynn Long (Robert), Donald Ray Sartain (Wendy Marie Baggs-Sartain), and Eric Sartain (Shannon); grandchildren, Melissa, Nevaeh, Kristi, Aleck (Casey), Bryan, Drake, Caitlin, Ezekial, Nichole Joseph, Andrew, and Lucas; Great-grandchildren, Skylar, Hayden, Kynzlee, Kyleigh, Kaycen, Natalie, Emma Jo, Audrey Marie, and Michael; along with several nieces and nephews.

Donald joined the Army and served his country during the Vietnam War. He later became an electrician and retired from Duke Energy.

He was a member of the V.F.W and the I.B.E.W. In his spare time, Donald enjoyed reading books and helping Farmer’s and Hunter’s Feeding The Hungry organization. He was known for the love for his family and his heart of gold.

He is preceeded in death by his parents; wife, Donna L Sartain; sister, Helen Bennett; brother, Larry Sartain; Sister-in-law, Karen Sartain, and brother-in-law, Bob Bennett, along with several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 25, 2020 from 11am to 1pm with funeral service at 1pm at Roselawn Funeral Home. Burial to follow at Roselawn Memorial Park. Roselawn Funeral Home was entrusted with the arrangements. Online condolences can be made at www.roselawnfuneralhome.net.
