Norma Jean Roby, 97, of Terre Haute passed away November 23, 2020 in Wittenburg Village Senior Living in Crown Point, Indiana. She was born April 14, 1923 in Terre Haute to Edward S. Bell and Alga Cooksey Bell. She worked as an operator at GTE. She attended St. Benedicts Catholic Church. Norma enjoyed playing golf in her younger years. She was very lively, even in her early 90s she would get out and about either running various errands, shopping, or just out for a visit with friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Shannon T. Roby Jr. (d. 4/27/2016), a son, Patrick Evinger, a brother, Robert M. Bell, and a granddaughter Alana Roby.

She is survived by her step children, Kim Roby, Teri Morse (Kenneth), several nieces and nephews, and her dearest grandniece, Heather Frost.
