Roberta “Bobbie” Sue Sproul, 75, of Brazil, Indiana, passed away at home, with her family by her side, on December 6, 2020, following an extended illness.

Bobbie was born in Morganfield, Kentucky, on October 20, 1945, the daughter of Robert and Laura McCormack. She graduated from high school in Louisville, Kentucky. She also received her Registered Nursing Certificate from Norton Memorial Infirmary. Bobbie worked as a nurse for much of her life at Clay County Hospital.

Bobbie loved knitting and reading. She was an avid animal lover and bird watcher. She loved her family and spent her 3 children’s younger years raising them.

Bobbie was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Laura McCormack.

She is survived by her husband Dr. Kennard Sproul whom she married November 27, 1970; 3 children: Michael, Matthew and Laura; grandchildren: Brodee, Jarrett, Ella, Ava, and Elena; sisters: Lee Ann Webb and Lori Nobert as well as extended family members and friends.
