Ronald E. Sharp, 77, passed away December 16, 2020 in The Gibson Family Center for Hospice Care. He was born June 3, 1943 in Terre Haute to John Sharp and Virginia Compton Sharp. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He worked as a molder for Gartland Foundry for 38 years. He was the best dad in the world to his children, he took care of his family. He enjoyed fishing, and watching football, especially the Indianapolis Colts. He is preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers, a sister, and a grandson Michael Jones. He is survived by his wife, Susie Sharp (m.1962), sons, Ronald Jr. and Frank E. Sharp (CJ), a daughter, Vicki Jones (Herbie), 3 brothers, and 3 sisters, grandkids, Robbie Jones, Herbie Jones, Brian Sharp, Ronny Sharp, and Samantha Hicks, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Services for Ronald will be Tuesday December 22, 2020 at 1 pm in Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 North 13th Street, Terre Haute, Indiana, 47804.
