Donald Wayne McCullough, 92, of Brazil, passed away on Friday, January 1, 2021 at Huston Wood at Brazil (Exceptional Living). He was born on November 22, 1928 in Putnam County, Indiana, the son of Ivan “Reggie” McCullough and Ida Florence (Hice) McCullough.
Don was a 1946 graduate of Reelsville High School. On March 20, 1954 he married the love of his life, June Cagle. Don was a member of Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite, Northern Masonic Jurisdiction for 70 years He was a heavy equipment operator for Girton Coal Company and a mechanic for Link-Belt of Indianapolis for 26 years. Don and his wife loved to travel; he attended and took pictures at USAC and ARCA races. He also enjoyed attending Nascar races. Don was also an animal lover.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Reggie and Ida McCullough; a brother, Harold McCullough; and a sister.
Don is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, June McCullough; and he leaves behind several close friends and extended family.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Tuesday, January 5, 2021 in Clearview Cemetery with Pastor Steve Brattain officiating. Burial will immediately follow. No visitation is scheduled.
