Debra Sue Muncie, 64, of Brazil, Indiana, passed away unexpectedly, on February 17, 2021.

Debra was born on July 12, 1957, in Linton, Indiana, the daughter of Roy Junior and Beverly (Swanson) Flynn. Debra worked for Celadon Trucking for many years. She worked as a dispatcher and reserve police officer for the Brazil Police Department, the human resource officer for the city of Brazil, and most recently for the Clay County Highway Department, as their human resource officer.

When she wasn’t working, she enjoyed crocheting, going on country drives, and most of all spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her father Roy Junior Flynn, two husbands: Rick Hobson and Ron Muncie, a daughter Lisa Gadel Webb and a brother Mark Flynn, step-father Donald Kidwell.

Debra is survived by her mother Beverly Kidwell of Brazil; sons: Gary Webb Jr. and wife Marsha of Sullivan and Tristan Webb and wife Lyndsey of Jasonville; a daughter Haley McLin and husband Charlie of Brazil; grandchildren: Gavyn Webb, Dane Webb, Daylan Webb, Hannah Webb, Ethan Webb, Jaylee Webb, and Marleigh McLin; siblings: Rebecca Ruth Andrews and husband Harry and David LeRoy Flynn and wife Michele; as well as several nieces, nephews, and extended family members and friends.
