Jack G. Chadwick, 82, of West Terre Haute, passed away Saturday, February 27, 2021, in his home surrounded by family.

He was born July 13, 1938, in West Terre Haute to Ernest Chadwick and Isabell Kiburis Chadwick.

Jack attended Concannon High School and served in the U.S. Navy. He retired from International Paper after 41 years of service. He enjoyed working on lawn mowers, cutting his grass, having coffee with his friends, and going for long rides in the country.

Jack was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Betty Joan Busiere Chadwick; and infant son, John Eric Chadwick.

He is survived by his daughters, Lisa Dickerson (Joseph), Kelly Lindsay, and Amanda Davis (Ian); brother, Jim Chadwick (Karen); sister, Marilyn Rice; grandchildren, Keith Dickerson, Eric Dickerson, Nathan Dickerson, Justin Dickerson, Mallorie Fulmar, Sydney Gross, Cade Lindsey, Caleb Davis, Ellie Davis and Amia Davis; eight great grandchildren; one niece and one nephew. He is also survived by his beloved dog, Wriggley.

Services will be Thursday, March 4, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. at Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 North 3rd Street, West Terre Haute, Indiana, with visitation from 11:30 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. Pastor Bob Roush will be officiating; burial will be in Bethesda Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, in his memory.
