Mitchell Joe Quick, Sr., 64 of Center Point, passed away on Monday, March 22, 2021 in Terre Haute, Indiana. He was born in Brazil, Indiana, the son of Joseph Leroy Quick and Shirley Ruth (Neville) Weaver.

Mitchell was a 1974 graduate of Brazil High School. He attended Ivy Tech and earned his Associate Certificate in Small Repair Engines. Mitchell married Barbara on September 7, 1979. He worked in the reefer department at Great Dane Industry until his retirement. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, repairing small engines, and being outdoors. He loved spending time with his grandchildren.

Mitchell was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Leroy Quick.

Survivors include his wife; Barbara Quick, sons; Mitchell Quick II (Jeri-Lynn), Scott Alan (Amanda), daughter; Bethany Quick, sisters; Dawn Hertzberger, Cindy Quick, Teresa Modesitt, grandchildren; Brianna Langdon Quick (Holden Wheeler), Jorden Langdon, Aiden Quick, Hunter Quick, Gage Quick, Ariana Quick, and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 26, 2021 from 11:00 A.M. -1:00 P.M. at French Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be at 1:00 P.M. Friday with Brother Robert Nevins officiating. Burial will follow at Clearview Cemetery.
