Richard Anthony Edward Burke, 50, of Terre Haute, Indiana, passed away on August 12, 2021.  He was born September 8, 1970, in Des Plaines, Illinois to Richard Thomas Burke, step mother Nancy Burke and mother Cheryl Lynn (Perille) Cottom and step father (Dave Cottom). Rick was a former minister.  He held membership in the Home Builders Association, and was actively involved with the 12 Points Revitalization.  Rick was known as Rockin Rick on “The Bird” Radio Station.  He owned Burke Enterprises for many years, working in drywall.  Rick was kind and giving of his time to others.  He is survived by his parents; his wife Nimfa Magdadaro Burke; his children Kelsey Hollis, Ashley Kimbro (Jonathon), Kathleen Burke, and Hillary Burke; stepson Gian Magdadaro; grandson Winston Miltenberger; siblings Derick Burke, Dominick Forgione (Kellsey), Tony Forgione, Jonathan Burke, Jimmy Burke, Jason Cottom, Pete Cottom; nieces and nephews Logan Burke, Ayvin Wittgren, Grant Cox, and Gia Forgione. Services will be at the Coalmont IN Fire House on August 28, 2021 starting at 1:00pm.
