Rita Louise Petty, 64, of Terre Haute, Indiana, passed away, January 5, 2022. She was born May 18, 1957, in Terre Haute, Indiana, to Bob Rex Rogers and Norma Jean (Meredith) Rogers. She worked at Quaker Maid, CBS, and retired from Sony DADC. She loved her dogs, Bossy, Pingo, and Sadie. Rita is survived by her sister Vicky Johnson and brother-in-law William Johnson; niece Shannon Thomas and several great nieces and nephews. Rita is preceded in death by her parents; husband Benny Petty “Pidge”; son Troy Allen Rogers; brother Larry Dean Rogers; and niece Jennifer Peak. Private family services will be held.
