Norma Faye Davis Clapp, 93, of Terre Haute, passed away peacefully February 13, 2022. She was born August 18, 1928, in Coles County, IL, to Elzie and Ollie (Jones) Davis.

Norma is survived by her children, Peggy Cline (Don) of Paris, IL, Douglas Clapp (Becky) of Paris, IL, Leonard Clapp (Sun) of Rockville, IN, Rebecca Clapp of Terre Haute, IN and Paula Ray (Carl) of Mason, OH; plus, her 21 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Reese; her son, Vincent Clapp; a grandson, Adam Timmerman; a great-granddaughter, Faith Koerner, her brother Truman Davis, and her sisters Wanda Rich and Shirley Hovis.

Norma was a homemaker, raising 6 children with her late husband of 64 years, in Terre Haute. She was immensely proud of her family and leaves behind precious memories. She was a faithful disciple of Jesus Christ, and loved giving hugs, encouraging others, singing and playing instruments and making crafts. She was a daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend. She was a member of World Gospel Church and the YMCA Senior Swim Club.

Funeral will be held at Greiner Funeral Home in Terre Haute on Saturday, February 19. Visitation is 12-2pm with service to follow.
