Leonard “Lenny” Joseph Garvin, 85, passed away Saturday March 12, 2022, under the care of Signature Health Care and Hospice of the Wabash Valley. Lenny was born in Terre Haute on March 4, 1937 to Leonard “Charlie” Garvin and Ester Roehm. Lenny was a lifelong resident of Terre Haute. He graduated from Schulte High School (1956) and attended some college at Benedictine University in Chicago, IL. He retired from Plumbers and Steamfitters Local 157 after many years of service. Lenny enjoyed reading, gardening, and college basketball. He is preceded in death by his parents, and sister; Patricia McIintyre. He is survived by his best friend and companion Mary Feiler; brother Donald Garvin (Nadine), sisters; Annette Johnson and Dorothy Shanks, son; Patrick Beyers (Lisa), daughters; Mary Lynn Burkhart (Brent), Gail Hartwell (Guy) and Connie Mahalek; 7 grandchildren.
