Carol J. Helman, 79, of Terre Haute passed away Friday, April 29, 2022 in her residence. She was born July 3, 1942 in Terre Haute to Clemmer Lambert Bartley, Jr. and Marguerite Bartley.

Survivors include her children, Cynthie Wright (Chris) and Chip Helman (Lori); brother, Col. Larry Bartley (Ann); and grandchildren, Patrick Wright, Lauren Wright, and Parker Buttrey. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Helman and her parents.

Carol was a realtor and furniture salesperson for Bartley Furniture.

Visitation will be from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 5, 2022 in Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 South 25th Street followed by burial in Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Terre Haute Humane Society, the Arthritis Foundation, or charity of your choice.
