Vigo County, In. – Indiana State Police have released the name of the man who was killed in a car accident Monday afternoon. Dillion Killion, a 29-year-old man from Terre Haute, died after rear-ending a semi at a railroad crossing. The semi stopped at the tracks on US 41 near State Road 48, but Killion kept driving. His trek down the road ended when he ran into the semi, sustaining fatal injuries.
