Frank Joseph Rodie of West Terre Haute lost his 21-year brain tumor battle on July 8, 2022. He was born on September 26, 1956 to Albert and Margaret (Raes) Rodie.

He graduated from Terre Haute North Vigo High School in 1975, then received an Associates and Bachelor’s degree from Indiana State University before working as a Process Engineer for GE Aviation –from which he retired in 2011.

Frank devoted his life to his family. He enjoyed brewing beer with his daughter, listening to music with his son and spending time with his granddaughter, Corbyn. He loved traveling with his wife of 39-years Eleanor, and his sister-in-law Megan Miller and her husband David.

He leaves behind his wife, his daughter and her husband Sarah and Nathan Andreasen, granddaughter, daughter-in-law Victoria Rodie and several nieces and nephews.

Frank was preceded in death by his son, Alex, his parents and sister, Nancy Garzolini.

He will be missed and remembered for his mild manner, compassion, generosity, and smile.

A celebration of life will be held at 1pm on Saturday, July 16th at 1128 Lower Sandford Rd in West Terre Haute.
