Gary “Fat” Wilson, 73, of Anderson, formerly of Brazil, passed away September 23, 2022. Gary was born to the late Woodrow and Katherine (Harris) Wilson on June 28, 1949 in Brazil.

Gary graduated from Van Buren High School. Shortly after graduation, Gary married his high school sweetheart, Marsha Young. Together, they had four children, Brian Wilson, Kurt Wilson, Travis Wilson, and Charity Wilson. Gary was a member of the American Legion and enjoyed crossword puzzles.

Gary is preceded in death by his parents, one son, Brian Wilson, and a brother, Don Wilson.

Gary is survived by his wife, Ronda (Turner) Wilson, children, Kurt Wilson, Travis Wilson, and Charity Wilson Farris (Nick), one granddaughter, Abigail Grace Adams, and one brother, Terry Wilson (Esther).

A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 8th at 11:30 A.M. at French Funeral Home, 421 East National Avenue in Brazil. Friends and family may visit from 11 A.M until the time of service, and from the time the service concludes until 1 P.M.
