Shawn R Depasse, 57, of Terre Haute, passed away Saturday October 1, 2022 in her home surrounded by her family. Shawn was born August 11, 1965 in Terre Haute to Howard Bud Lee and June Beatty Lee. Shawn attended Cross Lane Church in Terre Haute. She was a graduate of Butler University and Indiana Wesleyan earning a BS in Nursing. She was a Nurse at Union Hospital for over 30 years specializing in Neonatal Nursing. She was a passionate reader and loved sewing and quilting. She enjoyed canning in the kitchen and traveling with her family. She loved spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren. Shawn was preceded in death by her father, Howard Bud Lee and two brothers, Tommy Lee and Mike Lee. She is survived by her husband, Jeff Depasse whom she married August 24, 1985. She is survived by her mother, June Beatty of Terre Haute, two daughters; Lauren Durham (Ryan) of Rosedale, IN., and Rebecca Depasse (Payten) of Terre Haute. She is survived by one son, Patrick Depasse (Rudee) of Terre Haute. She is survived by two sisters; Dawn Lundy (Joe) of Harmony, IN., and Fawn Brady (David) of Ohio. Additional survivors include three grandchildren; Gracie Durham, Ella Durham and Evelyn Durham. Services are scheduled for Thursday October 6, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 North 13th Street, Terre Haute, IN., 47804. Visitation will be on Wednesday October 5, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Pastor Brett Wilson will be officiating. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery. The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, that contributions be made to NICU unit at Union Hospital, in care of Union Hospital Foundation, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
