Franklin Leroy Stevens, Jr., 70 of West Terre Haute, passed away on Wednesday, October 19, 2022 in Terre Haute Regional Hospital. He was born in Terre Haute on July 5, 1952 to Franklin Leroy Stevens, Sr. and Ruth Irene Kirby Stevens.

Frank worked at Modern Aluminum for 33 years and retired from Gartland Foundry after 10 years of service. He enjoyed fishing, mushroom hunting, playing poker, and NASCAR.

Frank is survived by his wife Dolly Stevens and his children; Christina Stevens (Thomas Quintana), Frankie Stevens (Jakki), Dusty Flowers (Rachael Blitz), Mikey Stevens (Lexi), Hannah Stevens, Angela Stevens, Nancy Stevens, and Trey Blaine (Rachel), as well as his 3 “stray” kids; Josh Thomas, Travis Weir, Ricky Kennedy, Jr. He is also survived by 5 brothers; Albert Stevens, Jim Stevens, Mike Stevens, Bill Stevens, and Chuck Stevens, and 7 sisters; Sue Miller, Kathy Stevens, Diane Dean, Darlene Stevens, Pam Hayes, Linda Miller, and Debbie Stevens, as well as several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, son Bobby Stevens, brother Larry Stevens, niece Trish Anderson, and nephews Jimmy Johnson and Michael Cox.

Funeral services will be held at Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 North 3rd St., West Terre Haute, IN on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at 1:00 PM, with Pastor Shawn Bunch officiating. Burial will follow in New Vermillion Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM in the funeral home.
