Karen Marie Allen, 78, of Terre Haute, Indiana passed away October 24, 2022. She was born in Terre Haute, Indiana, on January 4, 1944. Karen loved kids. They were her priority. She was a Foster Parent for many years and she also worked in the Daycare Industry. Karen is survived by her husband of 58 years, Jerry Allen Sr.; Children Jay Allen Jr. (Susan), Bradley Allen (Filichia), and Angela Allen; grandchildren Jordan, Bradley, Tommi, Alex, Aunika, and Levi; great grandchildren Kieran, Zen, and Zade; siblings Jimmy Horsley and Barbara Marquis. She was preceded in death by her parents and her 5 siblings. Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, October 29, 2022, at 4:00p.m. in Greiner Funeral Home. Pastor Larry Spear will officiate. Visitation will be on Saturday, from 2:00p.m. until service time. The family would like to thank Harrison’s Crossing for the loving care they provided Karen during her time there.
