Franklin W. Mann, 68, of Terre Haute, passed away Sunday October 30, 2022 in Union Hospital. Franklin was born on June 12, 1954 in Terre Haute to Joseph Franklin Mann and Rosemary Archer Mann. He was a retired laborer for Labor Union #204 for over 30 years and worked for the City of Terre Haute after his retirement for 12 years. Franklin was a member of the Catholic Church. He enjoyed cooking, fishing, gardening and most of all spending time with his family. He loved and missed his dog Sammy and will be remembered as being a hard working man who always proved for his family. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Vickie Howard. He is survived by his wife Stella Loudermilk Mann whom he married in 1974. He is survived by one son, Franklin J. Mann (Lori) of Terre Haute and a daughter, Amy Slinker (Robert) of Terre Haute, one brother survives, Arthur Hensley (Jane) of Terre Haute and a sister, Ruth Ann Hensley also of Terre Haute. Grandchildren survive; Joseph Franklin Mann, Robert Gene Slinker and Lucan Scott Mann as well as several nieces and nephews. Services are Friday November 4, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 North 13th Street, Terre Haute, IN 47804.
