Harry “Addison” Schlenz, 68, of Terre Haute, Indiana, passed away October 28, 2022. He was born on January 29, 1954, in Evanston, Illinois, to Harry Edward Schlenz and Norma Blanche (Addison) Schlenz. Add was a Deacon at Cross Tabernacle. He also lovingly served in the media ministry helping to run the sound there. He was a Bus Driver for Vigo County School Corporation for the past couple years. He was very proud of his bus and always worked to keep it spotless. Add was a member of the Honor Bound Motorcycle Ministry, and enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson when he owned one. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Sandra (Rodeman) Schlenz; his daughter, Sherry Smith; his sister Susan Moran and her husband Bob; his sister Diane Crowley; his sister Debbie Murphy and her husband Rick; his sister-in-law Kathy Kirkman; and several cousins, nieces, and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents and many other beloved family members. Memorial services are scheduled for Monday, November 7, 2022, at Cross Tabernacle, at 5:00p.m. Visitation will be from 3:00p.m. until service time.
