False and fictitious plate leads to Narcotics arrest

Sullivan County, In. – The Sullivan Country Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of 39-year-old Timothy Stone of Sullivan after a Sullivan County Deputy pulled him over for false and fictitious plates.  During the stop the Deputy smelled the odor of Marijuana coming from Stones vehicle.  A search turned up approximately 10 grams of methamphetamine, scales, baggies, marijuana, and glass pipes.
Stone was charged with Level 2 Felony Dealing Methamphetamine, Level 4 Possession of Methamphetamine, Level 6 Maintaining a common nuisance, Misdemeanor possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, and operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license.  He remains in the Sullivan County Jail under $72,000. bond.
