Jeffrey Clayton Hayes, 66, of Terre Haute, Indiana, passed away December 19, 2022 .  He was born November 26, 1956, in Terre Haute, Indiana, to Ralph and Shirley Hayes.  Jeff served in the United States Army.  He enjoyed golfing, baseball, camping, and his grandchildren. He was a 29 year member of Local #150 as a Roofer Business Agent, in good standing.   Jeff is survived by his wife of 32 years, Jan Hayes; daughters Heather Hayes, April (Scott) Tyler; son Jason (Amber) Barnes; sisters Tracey (Steve) Fisher and Jean Ann Alumbaugh (Don); brother and sister-in-law Carl and Dottie Isbell; 13 grandchildren, 2 great grandsons, cousin, nieces, and his former wife Pam Hayes; best friends Smokey and Donna Flynn.  He was preceded in death by his parents and his mother and father –in-law Charles and Evelyn Stone.  Military services will be on December 29, 2022, at American Legion Post 104, from 12:30 p.m. until 3:00p.m., a lunch will be after.
