
VERMILLION COUNTY – On Sunday around 9:30 a.m. Vermillion County Dispatch received a report of a pickup inverted near the railroad tracks near County Road 50 East (just north of State Road 32)
Upon arrival, Deputies located a gray Silverado; on its roof in the creek; on the south side of the tracks.
Investigation shows that the truck began to drive west on the railroad bed from the State Road 32 crossing prior to driving off the culvert; crashing into the creek bed.
The driver, Brandin Delp (26) of Perrysville was located at his residence and taken into custody without incident.
Delp is currently being help on a $7000 bond (no 10% allowed) for the following.

Criminal Trespassing
Leaving the scene of an accident.
