JAG is a multi-year graduation support program designed to keep high school juniors and seniors in high school through graduation. JAG provides various work-based learning experiences to achieve skills necessary for post-secondary education, and/or entering the work force. The JAG students receive mentoring while in school, as well as one year of follow up after graduation. JAG Indiana has a 96 percent graduation rate, and 80% of students achieve post-secondary education, enter the workforce, or join the military following graduation. The JAG program is funded through the Western Indiana Workforce Development Board, and grants provided by the Indiana Department of Workforce Development.
