Victoria “Vickie” S. Kelley, 68, of Terre Haute, left this world for her Heavenly Home on April 28, 2023 at Springhill Village. Vickie was born April, 26, 1955 in Terre Haute to William Partlow and Esther Annis Partlow. Vickie leaves behind mother Esther Annis, daughter Melissa Lamb of Clinton, son Gary Peak of Illinois, brother Rick Annis (Neica) of Ft. Wayne, sister Ginger Elmore (John) of Crawfordsville, brother Robert Reed of Plainfield, and step-sister Pam Bealmear of Terre Haute. She also leaves behind close friends, many nieces and nephews, and several grandchildren. Vickie loved her three little dogs, Teddy, Abby and Maddie as she was loved by them. In lieu of flowers the family asks that a donation be made on Vickie’s behalf to your local animal shelter. She was preceded in death by her father and Larky Reed, step father who raised her. She is also preceded in death by step brothers Dennis Reed and Steve Reed as well as step sister Sonnie Bealmear all of Terre Haute. Cremation was chosen and a graveside service will be held at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery for family and friends on Friday June 2, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. Please also join the family for lunch at the home of Esther Annis immediately following the service.
