LYFORD – A Terre Haute woman is believed to have been suffering from a medical issue when her car crashed shortly after 6 p.m., Monday, at the intersection of U.S. 41 and Lafayette Street in Lyford.

The unidentified woman was taken to UnionHospital with what is believed to be non-life threatening injuries.
