Danielle Renee Scott (Wise), 46, went to her forever heavenly home on June 21, 2023 surrounded by her children. She was born April 12, 1977 in Danville, Illinois to Christina Reed (Hinkle) and Tom Wise.

Danielle will be dearly missed by her children, Nichole Jackson of Terre Haute, Indiana; Nathan Jackson of Lyford, Indiana; Rocky (Dakota) Scott; grandchildren Ava Campas of Terre Haute, Indiana; Azra Campas of Terre Haute, Indiana; Ayden Campas of Terre Haute, Indiana; Lily Hunter of Lyford, Indiana; and Charlee Jackson of Lyford, Indiana; and many other loved ones. Danielle is proceeded in death by her mother Christina Reed and Father Tom Wise.

Danielle had a deep love for her family and showed that love through quality time. Her grandchildren referred to her as “Grammy”. You could often find her spending some lazy days on the couch eating snacks and watching movies. Danielle had a very sassy and humorous personality. In her preference, the dirtier the joke, the better. Throughout Danielle’s difficult journey battling illness, she maintained her beautiful personality. Danielle loved every bit of the quality time with her children and grandchildren. The lesson to be learned from her life is that more people should love as loud as Danielle did. She displayed true courage even through adverse hardships. In her free time,she enjoyed being with loved ones, swimming, eating prime rib and drinking kool-aid. A positive spirit in the lives of every person she knew.

A quote from Irving Berlin says, “The song is ended but the melody lingers on”. Danielle left a legacy when she went to her new forever home. Her humor will continue to live through her family. While everyone here is grieving, she is watching over us…hopefully behaving herself. Danielle will be forever loved and missed by many.
