WEST CENTRAL INDIANA – Approximately 46,000 Duke Energy customers remain without power in the Terre Haute area, according to the company’s public outage map at 7:30 a.m. There were as many as 57,000 without power Thursday evening

In one Brazil neighborhood, power was restored at 5:21 a.m., affecting 1,100 customers, the company said.

Yesterday’s storms caused the cancellation of the first day of the Brazil Rotary Club’s 4th of July celebration.
