PLAINFIELD- Duke Energy focuses on restoring power in a sequence that enables power restoration to public health and safety facilities and to the greatest number of customers as safely and quickly as possible.

We continue work to repair the broken poles and downed wires caused by Thursday’s severe storms. More than 1,000 additional crews have traveled in from out of state to assist with restoration efforts. With more storms in the forecast, customers should prepare for the possibility of additional outages.
