Debra Jane Elkins Bufford, 69 of Terre Haute, passed away on Sunday, July 2, 2023 in Union Hospital. She was born in Vincennes, IN on June 30, 1954 to Paul Elkins and Bertha Harvey Elkins.

Debra is survived by three children; Tracie Patalas (Zan), Jessica Mason, and Jonothon Owens, as well as her brother, Paul Elkins, seven grandchildren, one great grandson, and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her sister, Carol Lumbrix.

In keeping with her wishes, cremation has been chosen, with a Celebration of Life Service to be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Fitzpatrick Funeral Home.
