Michael John Buske “Mike”, 57, of Terre Haute, Indiana, passed away July 19, 2023.  He was born on September 23, 1965 in Paris, Illinois to John Marshall Buske and Beth (Duguid) Buske.  Mike was a Teacher at West Vigo High School.  He taught Physical Education and Weight Lifting.  There he also helped coach basketball and football.  He attended Cross Lane Church in Terre Haute.  He was an avid golfer, who enjoyed music, playing pickle ball, and cooking.  He was known to be a sweet guy, and he was also known for his amazing Jambalaya. Mike is survived by his parents;  his wife of 6 years Dianna (Kelley) Buske; his sons Ethan Buske (Jacqueline) and Logan Buske (Kaitlin); sister Chris McIntosh (Glenn); nieces and nephews Adam Walsh, Alissa St. Blanc (Michael), and Cooper Buske; and great niece and nephew Paul and Nora.  Mike was preceded in death by his brother Paul Buske.  A Celebration of Life will be on Sunday, July 23, 2023, at the Riley Legion, 5603 S Lama St, Terre Haute, IN 47802, from 2:00p.m. until 5:00p.m.  The family has entrusted Greiner Funeral Home with care and arrangements.
