Helen Marie Santilli, 85, of Terre Haute, passed away on Sunday, July 30, 2023.  Helen was born August 12, 1937, in Terre Haute, Indiana to Florindo Santilli and Bruna (Fresca) Santilli.  During her growing up years, Helen worked in her family’s Northside Bakery, located in 12-Points.  Her career span included 48 years as a legal secretary and a Vigo County court reporter. Throughout her life she was a caregiver to many and loved by all.  She loved to cook, with noodles being one of her most requested dishes.  She also loved to read, especially Amish mysteries, and work in her yard. She was proceeded in death by her parents and her brother Anthony (Tony) Santilli.  She is survived by her sister-in-law Roberta Santilli and niece Rose Ann Moreland, her husband Kris Moreland, and great-niece Krislyn Moreland, as well as numerous beloved extended family members and friends. Services will be Friday, August 4, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 North 13th Street, Terre Haute, IN. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until service time on Friday at the Funeral Home.  Father Todd Riebe will be officiating. Burial will be at Roselawn Memorial Park.
