Elizabeth Cole, 84, of Terre Haute, Indiana, passed away August 4, 2023. She was born March 31, 1939, in Terre Haute, Indiana, to Ray Loudermilk and Elsie (Christopher) Loudermilk.  Elizabeth was an amazing mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.  She is survived by her sons, David Cole and Steven Cole (Tabitha); grandchildren Baylee Cole, Logan Cole (Josie), and Cory Cole; great grandchildren Greyson Avery, and Brylee Renee; and sister Mary Ellen Nelson (Ed).  She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Jack L. Cole; brother and sister-in-law Johnny Loudermilk (Kathy) and special niece Cindy Benitez.  Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, August 8, 2023, in Greiner Funeral Home, at 1:00p.m.  Larry Spear will officiate.  Burial will follow in Bethesda Cemetery.  Visitation will be at the funeral home on Tuesday from 11:00a.m. until service time.  The family would like to thank the staff at Majestic of Deming Park for the care that was given to Elizabeth.  They would also like to thank Kelley and Candi with Gentiva Hospice for the excellent care and compassion that was shown to Elizabeth and the family during the last 6 weeks.  If friends so desire, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Barbour Avenue Food Pantry or Gentiva Hospice.
