Larry Eugene Stuckey, 81, of Terre Haute, Indiana, passed away peacefully at home on December 6, 2023, with his loving family by his side.  He was born in Terre Haute, Indiana, on July 11, 1942, to Wayne Albert Stuckey and Clissie (Forster) Stuckey.  Larry was a member of Blackhawk Community Church.  He worked as a Physical Education Teacher for 46 years, 39 of them at Dixie Bee Elementary.  He coached basketball, softball, and tennis.  Larry is survived by his wife Dianne (Craffets) Stuckey; children John Stuckey, Larry Stuckey, Amy Napier, and Cara Stuckey; godson Nate Mills; grandchildren Lauren, Josiah, Ayden, Xander, and Auslee; and brother Gary Stuckey.  He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Billy Ray Stuckey. Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, December 9, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Dixie Bee Elementary School, 1655 East Jessica Drive, Terre Haute, IN 47802.  Visitation will be on Saturday, from 10:00 a.m. until service time.  A private burial will take place at Oakhill Cemetery.  If friends so desire, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Blackhawk Community Church, 12655 State Road 159 Pimento, IN 47866.
