TERRE HAUTE, Indiana (DLC Media) – Some Restrictions are coming to Union Health to prevent the spread of RSV, Influenza, and COVID-19, which are all seeing a rise in positive cases this winter. Visitation hours are being shortened. Visitors can now see those in the hospital from 6 am to 8 pm. Also, visitors must be 18 or older, and there is a restriction on the number of visitors a patient is allowed at certain Union Health locations.

Dr. Rebecca Lynch reported that as many as 15% of patients who have been admitted to the hospital are there for either RSV, Influenza, or COVID-19. The policy will stay in effect until further notice.
