Amy A. Buntain, 56, of Terre Haute, passed away Monday, January 8, 2024, in Westminster Village. She was born in Terre Haute on October 16, 1967.

Amy is survived by her beloved mother, Libby; two children, Jordan Brower (Madilyn) and Jalen Steward (Lucas). She is also survived by siblings, Travis Llewellyn (Jami), Josh Bowman (Meika) and his daughter Remi; adored nieces, Kynzlee Llewellyn and Kaylan Nanny; uncles David Grayless and Dennis (Celia) Grayless.

Amy is preceded in death by her beloved son, Shane, grandparents George and Liz Willoughby and Mary and Dan Grayless, as well as her father Ron (Harvey) Bowman.

Amy was a graduate of Terre Haute North. She loved life and enjoyed spending time with her special friends. Amy had a special way of always making her friends and family laugh with her witty sense of humor. Amy enjoyed shopping and listening to 80’s rock. She was an avid Harvey Davidson enthusiast and loved all of her flowers.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to the staff of Westminster Village for their loving care and compassion.

Cremation has been chosen and a celebration of life for Amy will take place at Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 North 13th Street, Terre Haute, Indiana on Friday, January 19, 2024, at 4:00p.m. Visitation for Amy will take place from 2:00p.m. to 4:00p.m. at the funeral home.
