Traffic Stop Turns Into Meth Arrest

SULLIVAN, Indiana (DLC Media) – Two men were arrested after a police K-9 detected the presence of Methamphetamine. The Sheriff’s Deputy on the scene made the traffic stop due to multiple driving infractions. Both Ryan Stevens of Sullivan and David Haviland of Oaktown were arrested.

Both men are facing possession charges while Stevens also faces a dealing a controlled substance charge and Haviland faces a charge of paraphernalia possession.
