She was preceded in death by husband, Jack Raymond Webster.

Barbara is survived by a daughter, Karen (Michael) Goeller; a son, Michael (Elizabeth) Webster; grandchildren Scott (Amber) Goeller; Kate (Andrew) Oberlin; Mickaleen Webster; Angelene Webster; and Cory Webster; and great-grandchildren, Elijah Goeller, MaryAnne Goeller, Jack Oberlin, Mia Oberlin, and Ava Oberlin. Also, surviving are special companion, Herb Gosnell; brother Bernie (Betty) Reece; sister Jerri Smith; brother-in-law David (Mary Ann) Webster; and special friend Barbara Reece.

Barbara was a Girl Scout leader, elementary teacher for the Vigo County School Corporation, Vigo County Teacher of the Year, and Indiana State University Distinguished Teacher.

Private family services will be held.
