
James married the love of his life Kathy Jean Silotto on October 6, 1973 in Vigo County.
He was survived by his wife Kathy Silotto; daughters: Leslie Silotto, Tricia Kelley, Bobbi Jo Silotto, and Brandy Hodge; sons: Allen Silotto, Jonathon Silotto, and Ron Price Jr.; brother: Pete Duane Silotto of Clinton, Indiana; sisters: Kathy Ann Faust and Mark of Dubuque, Iowa, Toni and Jim Smith of Centerville, Indiana, and Tena Drake of Dana, Indiana; his aunts: Moyne Carroll, Julia Riggen, and Bertha Pearman; and his grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
James was preceded in death by his parents, and sister Albenia Silotto.
He retired as a laborer. James enjoyed working for Sony Corporation and Canteen Food Services.
James enjoyed spending time with family at social gatherings and loved spending time with his grandkids.
He grew up helping taking care of his uncles farm in Rosedale, Indiana. He loved taking care of the farm animals, and riding the tractors.
James enjoyed farming, mushrooming, fishing and riding his motorcycle.
He had attended Bible Baptist Church in Terre Haute and the Gospel Assembly Church with his wife Kathy Silotto. He was a member of the West Terre Haute Baptist Church in Indiana until he became ill. His illness prevented him from attending West Terre Haute Baptist Church.
Visitation will be held Wednesday April 3, 2024 from 11 AM to 3 PM with a service to follow. Graveside will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.
