Charles Robert “Bob” Kirkman, 80, of Terre Haute, entered into the arms of Jesus at 9:35pm, on Monday, February 27, 2023.  By his side was his loving wife of 60 years, Mary Frances (Tucker) Kirkman.  A funeral service is 1pm Saturday, March 4, 2023, at Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 North 13th Street, Terre Haute, IN 47804, with Pastor Joe Craft officiating.  Burial follows at Roselawn Cemetery.  Visitation is 11am – until service begins.

Born on June 14, 1942 to Cecil and Flossie (Stinnett) Kirkman.  He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers – Cecil, Joe & Paul, and sisters—Phyllis & Carol.  In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter Kris (T.J.) Revesz of Paris, IL and son Andrew Kirkman of Lakeland, FL, grandchildren Kelsie (Matt) Anderson, Joshua (Aneava) Revesz, Trevor Revesz and Kylie Kirkman; great-grandchildren Henry & Samuel Anderson and Arwyn Revesz; sisters Pansy (Ray) McCrary and Sharon (Keith) Waggonner, brother Tim (Roberta) Kirkman, sisters-in-law Rebecca Kirkman and Dorothy Kirkman; and several nieces and nephews.

Bob was a proud graduate of State High School, attended Indiana Teachers College and served in the U.S. Army from 1962-1966.  He worked in the financial services for the majority of his career.  Bob was a member of Union Christian Church.  Bob loved music, laughing, pie, and basketball but he loved his wife, family & God most of all.  He will be missed greatly.
